Cozy room with a sofa bed, my own bed was super comfy. They served a nice variety of breakfast options like eggs, sausages, and coffee ☕️.

Room was clean and everything worked properly. We only slept there so can't react to other things.

We had two issues. I had allergy issues in the room. I'm only allergic to mold and dust and I'm guessing there was mold in the room somewhere. And the second night we returned about midnight and neither of our keys would work. Went to front desk and no one was there. I rang bell for 15 minutes and then out of desperation started push the programmed buttons on the staff phone. Manager didn't answer and mail box full. Finally got connected to reservations and they tried to help. They called on the second phone and I finally answered it. And while waiting for more than 30 minutes another call came in from a customer. Ridiculous. She finally showed up and said she was helping a guest in their room.

Good-sized rooms here, equipped with a bunk bed, bathroom, and even a hot tub! The staff is super friendly too 😊. Breakfast offers a nice selection of coffee, eggs, and sausages.

Room is spacious and very comfortable!

Well priced and well-maintained room for king bed with hot tub as expected. Good choice of facilities like: TV set, a microwave oven and a fridge. Generally the service was great.

The hotel is well-maintained and in a great location in Warsaw. The room was reasonably priced and beautifully maintained, equipped with a TV set, microwave oven, and a fridge. I appreciated having bathtubs in the room. The services offered, such as continental breakfast and a nice pool, were excellent.

Everything is nice here, had a really good stay for the weekend. The hotel offers eggs and sausages for continental breakfast. The rooms are neat and fully functional, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. It has good and magnificent location adjacent to everything, eating, shopping, Warsaw, Indiana and other areas like clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quietness. Also, it's 15 mins walk from Grace College.

It was a good location with a great restaurant next door, The staff was friendly, And the breakfast was very good. They did give us a comp on our bill after talking to them.

The pool was down for repairs, not noted on their site. The room we had was nice, but the beds were very uncomfortable. I think sleeping on the floor would have felt more comfortable.

The rooms here are updated and have everything you need, like a comfy sofa bed and a mini fridge - super handy! 🛋️ Plus, the breakfast spread is top-notch with loads of options, from eggs to sausages and more.

Breakfast was good.

There was blood in our shower so we had someone come up and when they did they only cleaned the spot where it was. I was afraid to take a shower after that. The woke shower should have been cleaned! The pool looked 30 years old. Not as nice as I have seen at other holiday inns. They also have a section in their visitor guide for places you can check out but that was out dated because the one place we went to check out wad permanently closed!

Lamps were all dusty. We also booked hoping to swim and the pool was being worked on. I feel that should have been disclosed before booking. Very disappointed in that.

The hotel was quiet and well-maintained on Winona Lake, a nice area for a stroll. the property is in an ideal location, just a short walk to numerous restaurants, stores, and shopping. - the queen room was spacious and brand-new. - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. - the breakfast offered a good selection, including eggs and sausages. - the check-in process was quick and easy.

Broken ice machine on first floor. Had to go to third floor. This is a minor inconvenience that did not effect our stay in the least.
